This golden milk chia pudding is packed with spices! It can be enjoyed for breakfast, dessert and also makes a great snack.

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk
4 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
3 tsp stevia
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Pinch of black pepper
Optional, for garnish: keto maple syrup, shredded unsweeteened coconut, ground cinnamon

Directions

In a mason jar, combine the almond milk, chia seeds, coconut oil, stevia and spices.
